Mason Dixon Stampede", has several levels of sponsorship.
Sponsorships are limited and are reserved by submitting the Sponsor

It is a big file so, please
be patient. Our new forms can be filled out while they are displayed
on your computer. You can then print them with the data already
filled out. Level Two, Category / Awards Sponsor At this level, the sponsor supplies $75 in cash and/or cowboy related merchandise or gift certificates. One opening for each shooters category, approximately 18. Your name will be listed as a Category Sponsor in the handbook. If you have a web site, your web link will remain on our web site until the 2009 match is posted. Level Three, Side Match Sponsor. One opening for each side match, approximately ten. At this level, the sponsor supplies $150 in cash and/or cowboy related merchandise or gift certificates*. Your name will be listed as a side match sponsor in the handbook, your name or business will be posted at the side match that you sponsor. If you have a web site, your web link will remain on our web site until the 2009 match is posted. There are many long range events and these may be broken down into separate sponsorships. Level Four, Stage Sponsor. (Limited to 10) There are ten openings at this level. As a stage sponsor, your company supplies a minimum of $250 in cash and/or merchandise or gift certificates*. Your name or business will be listed as a stage sponsor in the handbook, your name will be posted at the stage that you sponsor, you will receive a handbook and match badge. If you have a web site, your web link will remain on our web site until the 2009 match is posted. Level Five, Presenting Sponsor (Limited to five). As a Presenting Sponsor, your company supplies a minimum of $1,000 in cash and/or merchandise or gift certificates*. Your name or business will be listed as a Presenting Sponsor in the handbook with a free full page ad. You will receive a handbook and match badge. If you have a web site, your web link will remain on our web site until the 2009 match is posted. You will also receive one complimentary match entry, and two free tickets for the banquet. Level Six, the highest level, is Match Sponsor (limited to SASS and one other --This sponsorship has been filled) At the Match Sponsor level, sponsor provides $3,000 in any combination of cash or cowboy related merchandise or gift certificates*. Your name will be listed as a match sponsor, with a full page ad in the handbook. You will also be listed on the Mason Dixon web site. You will receive a handbook and match badge, 2 free match entries, two tickets to the banquet. If you have a web site, your web link will remain on our web site until the 2009 match is posted.At all levels, we can place your companies catalog or flyer inside the shooters package. *Gift certificates must be redeemable at the match, through a web site, mail or by phone. We cannot accept certificates that must be presented to a dealer only that is not present at the match. All
donations and shooters packet inserts, must be received before If you are also a Vendor, submit a Vendor Application in addition to the sponsor application. Sponsorship commitment must be received prior to September 8 to be included in the shooter's handbook. If you plan on shooting, camping or attending the banquet, please submit a shooters application along with your sponsorship. All Sponsorship donations and shooters packet inserts must be received by Sepetember 15, 2008 or earlier. For additional SPONSOR
