Taylors & Co. Inc. Match Dates October 2, 3, 4 & 5 2008 Again, in 2008, were are providing vendor spaces, for the SASS N. E. Regional at no cost to the vendor. We believe that the vendors are an important aspect to the overall experience for our shooting and public guests. Although there are no vendor fees, we do require that you pre register by completing and submitting this VENDOR APPLICATION. The form is in Adobe PDF format and can be viewed on line and all blanks can be completed while you look at the form on your PC. It can then be printed and mailed in. We do not provide vendors with free food, camping (with hook ups), banquet tickets or free match entries. If you wish to do any of these, you must submit a SHOOTERS APPLICATION along with the appropriate fees for the events you wish to attend. This includes the camping area with hook ups. Primitive camping for vendors is free. We have 65 camp sites, with electric and water. Last year we sold out. If you plan to camp in a site with hook ups, submit your applications early. Camping will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis. Once these camp sites run out, only primitive camping will be available. We do not have electricity for vendors. If you require
electricity, you must provide your own generator. Our only electric
is for the food vendors, no exceptions.
We have unlimited vendor spaces that are laid out in a level area near the shooters. We use an AM and PM shooting schedule that provides plenty of time for shooter shopping. Vendors must stay for the complete match, unless authorized by the Match Director.
