Additional Information about completing your registration:·

General:

  • All SASS Rules Apply.
  • Shooter must be a SASS member to enter. SASS numbers will be sent to SASS for verification.
  • One completed application for each shooter.
  • Send in spouse/SO and young folks (Young Guns and Buckaroo/Buckarette) applications with a main entry. Spouse/SO and young folks must be registered with an associated First Shooter (main entry).
  • If you are sending in multiple registrations for your family, etc, you may mail them all together and send check for combined total.
  • Posse Leader: If you are a range officer (RO) and would be interested in leading a posse, please indicate this (the application has a check off for this)
  • Berm Marshals: If you are an RO and would like to be a berm marshal for the match, please contact Chuck Crooks for approval prior to completing and sending us your application. Chuck can be contacted at: 301-831-9666 email: WildLifeRangers@aol.com

Category:

  • Be sure to circle your shooting category.
  • Posse Leader: If you are a range officer (RO) and would be interested in leading a posse, please indicate this (the application has a check off for this)
  • Posse request:
  • You may specify up to 4 people (alias's) who you want to shoot with
  • Circle the name if a person on your list is family or someone you are sharing equipment with. (When posses are created, consideration for families and those sharing equipment is given first).
  • There is no guarantee all requests will be met
  • If you want to shoot with a group, please specify names (alias names) of some of the folks in the group rather than a group name.
  • Entry Fees:
  • Fill in the dollar amount appropriate for shooter entry (First Shooter, Spouse, young gun, etc).
  • Three stage blast: if you want to shoot the three stage blast, mark in the fee on the application. (note all fees collected for the three stage blast will be donated to the SASS Scholarship Fund).
  • For the Dinner / dance and camping, fill in the quantity and the extended dollar amount.
  • Add the total of all dollar amounts for the form and write it in the TOTAL field.
  • If you are an RO and would like to be a berm marshal for the match, please contact Chuck Crooks for approval prior to completing and sending us your application. Chuck can be contacted at: 301-831-9666 email: WildLifeRangers@aol.com On the application, fill in your approval number you got from Chuckaroo.

Other:

  • One shooter per application form. If you are sending in multiple registrations for your family, etc., please mail them all together and send check for the combined total amounts.
  • Make checks payable to: TCSC
  • Mail completed forms and check to:

  • Registrations postmarked or hand delivered after Sept 1 must include $25 late fee per shooter.
  • Full payment must be sent with registration.
  • No registrations accepted after Sept 10;
  • All cancellations subject to $25 charge; No refunds after Sept 10
  • Mason Dixon Stampede reserves right to refuse any application.
